Play back issues in Nexus Player

Lately i've been having trouble playing a few videos (I get "Player error encountered. Will re-try...") and all of my music doesn't play at all, lol, i know that's a bit vague but it's as simple as it sounds, i've included pictures of what it's doing and log files.

I would have you try a couple of things:

 

1) Check these items using the detail page of the web app.  Do they show proper media info at the bottom?  A proper run time?  Try refreshing one and then playing it again from the app.

 

2) Try joining the Android Open Beta Testing and the new version of the app as a lot of things have changed with playback.

Thanks for the quick reply, the run time and all is good, everything plays on all other clients, web, smart tv, apple, other droids, just seems to be an issue with nexus player, i'll try the open beta, thanks again
