Guide wont load on Shield TV? (nPVR plugin)

Howdy -

 

I'm using the nPVR plugin to get live TV through emby.  Through desktop everything loads perfectly (albeit a bit slow).  On my Shield TV, it takes 1 min + to load a channel to play, and I cannot get the guide to load at all (just keeps looping the loading animation).  Both server and client are on the same network, and wired through a gigabit connection.

 

Am I doing something wrong?  I've checked the nPVR setup and it seems to be correct.  I've tried both adding and removing my schedules direct account and the tuners to emby..

Hi.  Can you please recreate each of your issues separately sending a log from the app using the instructions here: How to Report a Problem for each of them?
