Unable to delete Plugins Version 3.1.251.0 DS216Play

Hello,

 

i am using the latest beta on my NAS Synology DS216Play and can not delete some plugins.

I already encountered this problems some beta versions ago, but it still exists.

I tested this with these two plugins:

-Movie Theme Songs

-TV Theme Songs

 

What is did was the following:

1. Installed both plugins in the dashboard

2. Restart the server

3. Uninstall both plugins

4. Restart the server

 

But the plugins wont go away.... Some time ago, I had the same problem and just deleted the plugins files via console. Only the "Trailers" plugin was able to unstall in the dashboard.

@@solabc16 maybe you have an idea?

This issue is still existing in Version 3.1.254.0 beta.

Maybe its platform related...?

As a test, try genre cleaner. does it happen with that? thanks.

Hello Luke. I am able to install and uninstall genre cleaner without problems. But the theme song plugins dont. Also the anime plugin has problems. I installed the plugin but it does not show up in my catalogue....

I don't know, sorry. Since it only happens with certain plugins, try reporting it to the developers of those plugins.

In the meantime i'll add logging so that we can see what file it is trying to delete.
