Not 100% positive but "Server Configuration Backup" plugin should backup all the information you need.  After you make a backup click on the restore to see the options, to see if it captured everything you need.

have to uninstall the program and install? then enter the Backup and enable all registered users?
I confirmed that it works?

I don't see users there.  Are all your users guests?  @@Luke will have to comment on guest accounts.

@@secagratis, you don't need to uninstall. you're fine where you are. what is the issue you are having now? is it just errors in the log or is the library scan not completing?

solved by removing all folders by installing the new beta
