We haven't released the next version yet.

My apologies !

I thought I saw an update when doing an `apt-get update` - must've been dreaming.

I'm now on 3.2.1.0, but still no files when browsing via dlna.

Should I do a library refresh ?

Hi,

Not sure if it's relevant in your case (see apt-get so I thought of linux install) and if you're still in trouble but does emby server user have at least read access granted to your movie and TV folders (see this thread : https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/31142-permissions/) ?

I assume so, as I can use it via the kodi plgin and web interface just fine.

What Dlna app are you testing with on android? I can test with the same one to look for any issues.

I'm using BubbleUPNP

Ok that's strange then because I test constantly with bubble upnp. it's my go to testing app for dlna, so I can't reproduce the problem I'm afraid. If you're on devices that have Emby apps why not just use the Emby apps?

Because my oppo blu-ray player only streams from dlna :(

Hello, let me join the DLNA discussion :)

I am a (totally) new user of emby.

I installed the emby server (3.2.8.0) on my QNAP NAS and provided some media directories.

I can access the media from my Android Phone, via the Internet and from my Samsung TV (Tizen app).

However, although I enabled DLNA on the emby server, none of my TVs (new Samsung and two old Sony) does find the emby DLNA server.

DLNA works with plex on the QNAP on all devices. However, I want to switch from plex to emby as soon as I solved the DLNA problem.

Any thoughts? More Information?

Thanks

H.

It seems the problem resoved itself after a couple of QNAP restarts.

Now I see the emby DLNA (looks great).

Sorry for the confusion
