Update MBC - Error Downloading Package

Went to update mediabrowser classic to the latest beta last night, and today... several times.
 
got this error

 

Error
 
Error Downloading Package. There may be a problem communicating with the update server. Please try again. 
 
System.NullReferenceException
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

nevermind installed from site worked.

Just tried to update to Dev build, to test, getting this error again..

got it!. Norton Smart (Dumb) Firewall Blocking request.  Disable Norton FIrewall for 15 minutes, update worked.
