Web/Client Browser video pop out

I don't know if this is planned already, or if it's even possible, but..

 

Is there any chance of having the client/web video available to pop out of the browser window.  I often like to have a video running whilst doing other things and for the moment I don't have a dual monitor setup, I'm thinking about adding a 2nd later in the year.

I've just dropped chrome due to memory leakage and problems with video hangouts... There's also the vulnerability that means your mic could be recording you at all times.

They designed it that way so they could listen to when you say "ok google" and they can do voice search.
