Missing Meta Data (cover art etc.)

I have tried to refresh many times but with no luck ... the result is the same (see the attached image)

 

I have checked TMDB has all the art work but its not getting updates ..

 

tried it with 16 Wishes several times.

 

Paltform Linux : Ubuntu 16.04

Emby Version 3.0.8500.0

Yes naming is jus perfect, i have been using filebot for all my media (TV and movies) its exactly like how i see it on your link.

 

I ave also tried the identify option still does not work.

Can you post a server log after trying to identify one.

I did identify again .. and it does show me 3 options and i select the correct one but does not update the cover art.

Not exactly sure of path on your platform but if you look at the Dashboard and click the dropdown on "Paths" it will tell you.

I cleaned all the logs first and then did the identify .. see log attached

Looks like a permissions problem to me.
 

Access to the path "/media/4TB/01-Movies/Hollywood/Knight and Day (2010)/Knight and Day (2010).png" is denied

I have the rights to the drive .. i can create folders . move files and everything ..

 

does emby created its own user? or uses the logged in used ?

Sorry I am a Windows guy, but it should use what ever user is running the application/service.

How do I identify all movies again?

there is a bug in linux application .. if i change the owner and group of the directories to emby it works but i loose access to the drive and no write access to the user .

 

how do i submit a bug?

Hi @@ZAKhan, Emby creates a service user called emby. You need to configure your files in a way that Emby can access them. We have a guide here that may help:
