App Crashes At Start

I'm running the Beta on my firetv and firetv stick and as of recent it constantly crashes at startup and asks me to send the report to the developer. I click send and proceed to login. I believe it could be related to me having it auto login. It used to work. It's a pain having to enter a password every time I leave the app and go back. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way I can see the log for myself?

So, can you explain exactly what happens and exactly what version of the app is it?

 

If I understood and it does allow you to get in after the message, can you then go and use our facility to send a log from the app?  Thanks.

It tries to auto-login but fails and gives me the message to send the report to the devs. After I click send report, it goes to the user selection screen where I select the user and have to enter the login credentials. It no longer allows me to auto-login, even though it's set in the settings.

Okay, so it isn't actually crashing.  It is just telling you there is a login failure and if you want to send the report, correct?

 

Try changing the setting from logging in automatically to show the login screen.  Then exit and re-enter and log in and then go back and change the setting back.

That fixed it. Thanks! So weird that it starting doing that. Oh well...
