mobile app won't play certain video

I'm using the android mobile app and some videos won't play at all (blackscreen), while some would play for 1 frame and then kicks out.

Hi there @@darkomega69, we're sorry to hear about this. It looks like it's direct playing. Can you please provide a copy of the media info from the bottom of the detail screen in the web app? Thanks !
