Bug? Can't remove play session off my notifications.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

 

App: 2.8.27
Android 7.0 NRD90M
Nexus 6p
Chromecast Ultra

 

Repro:

1. Cast TV series from Android app to chromecast 
2. Play show
3. Stop show
4. Lock phone
5. Go to bed 
6. Wake up
7. Unlock phone
8. Observe stopped show on emby is still on my notification
9. Clear all on notifications
10. Observe app session still persists (18 hours )

Actual Behavior:

A notification persisting for 18 hours. A phone reboot easily resolved it. 

 

Expected Behavior:

A notification swipe should remove and stop the app.

I'll gladly verify the fix. Where do I go to get beta version 2.8.32? I'm not seeing anything clearly marked as beta off the site download page under Android.

Sorry @ yet, this issue is not resolved. I mistakenly posted in this thread when It was another topic of yours that I was looking at. Anyway the android open beta is here:
