Recordings are saying Active Recordings

Is anyone else getting this issue where it says active recordings even after it's supposed to be finished. Also there's nothing in the recordings and/or maybe only a couple minutes of the recording.

-Emby Server Version 3.0.8500.0

-3 HDHomeRun EXTENDs

-Firmware Version 20161119

 

Happened on Both my and my moms server:

-Hers runs a vanilla Windows 10 LTSB with nothing installed except emby server

-Mine runs Windows 10 PRO latest release which is also my main PC

 

So this rules out conflicting software hopefully.
