Percent value for files in "downloads" page

Hi,

 

after selecting a (video) file for download, it appears on the "downloads" page of the app, with "50%" in front of it. What is the "50%" supposed to tell me? The download has not yet started and the 50% does not change until the download is completed. So, it is not the download progress, as one would expect.
