Recordings Corrupt

I recently updated the firmware to both my CONNECT and EXTEND tuners to 1117/1119 and have started getting some major tiling/blocking and dropped audio in the recordings.  My tuner seems to be getting signal just fine (have been using the same configuration for the past few months with no problems).

 

@@Luke - can you see anything in this log that would indicate an issue with the stream?

 

The recordings in the attached log that are a problem are 'The Middle' and 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine'.
