Guest zecakeh Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Hi there ! I just downloaded Emby a few days ago, and since I saw some mistakes in the French translation, I decided to contribute to the project. As a result I signed up to OneSky and reviewed every last translation of the Web Client. And ended up modifying most of them. I'm a little curious about how the translations are approved by the website. Because about 85% of my translations were approved right away, so it seems automatic (and very trusting). But then 15% wasn't approved. One of my goals, besides correcting mistakes, was to make all the translations more homogeneous. That means having the same translation every time the same word appears. However, as I said 15% of it wasn't approved so on the next build there will be 15% of the translation not on par with the rest. Of course I opened a thread in OneSky to discuss my choices but I don't know if the French Translation team is very active. So if it's not clear, my question is : how can I have the last 15% approved ?
Luke 42078 Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Hi, welcome! Thanks for helping with the translations. How long has it been since you made those changes?
Guest zecakeh Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 I made my first changes on Sunday, and the rest of them yesterday.Of course yesterday I made changes over my changes so only the latest ones should be made approved.
