TV series: grouping - 480p & - 1080p together to look like one file

I've seen on the forums some post about pooling TV Series, but it seems that is about merging a series located in two or more different areas of the hard drive(s).

What I want is like what you have done with Movies, where you have two or more videos that are identical, but different resolutions. You differentiate them by a tag - 480p, - 720p, - 1080p, - 2160p... And when you play the video, Emby will decide which one best suits you, and play the correct video.  Is this something that is still planned?  I've seen request for it quit a while ago, like a year of two ago, and at that time it was planned.
