ebr 16169 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I am not positive how to do that. But here is a screen shot. The very first post in almost every forum out here is: How to report a problem
jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Chief, Be patient with me. Please. If it wasn't for Bloodtaker I wouldn't have even had this up and running. server-63526179965.log

jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I am not positive how to do that. But here is a screen shot. I got the above error to go away. (not sure how) But now I can not connect to the server. https://www.dropbox.com/s/kq8i1m0yzfvrzab/Screenshot%202014-01-24%2016.28.45.png
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 we really need to see full logs. look at the top line in that window for the directory and go up a level, then into logs
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Problem is that log doesn't have any major errors in it. The ones that are there are ones we can recover from. Are you sure that's the right one?
jcain 7 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) You double launched media browser server service. Edited January 24, 2014 by jcain
jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 server-63526183442.logserver-63526168065.log Here is one of the one's before that one, as well as the most recent one that came up when I turned the computer on.
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 ok, we're going to need more information on this: I got the above error to go away. (not sure how) But now I can not connect to the server. I really have no idea what the issue is so I don't even know what i'm looking for. can you be more specific?
jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 All I know is my Roku, and Iphone will not connect to the server.
jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I can watch it from the web with no issues yes.
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 then there's something in your network or firewall that's preventing those devices from accessing the server.
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 No but any issues like that must have logs attached in order for us to be able to suggest anything.
jcain 7 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 It's the exact same error as the OP. It's very easy to reproduce this problem. With mbs running, go launch the .exe again. I mentioned earlier that he is double launching MBS. I'm guessing he has MBS as a service AND auto-starts at log-in. "double-launching"
Luke 42077 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Thanks. I'll improve it so the second instance doesn't throw that error.
jimboz333 1 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I am pretty sure that I don't have it set up that way, Jcain. I think it was a new antivirus I put on my computer yesterday, even though it was supposed to leave my settings on the firewall alone. I deleted all signs of it after Luke's post but I still am not able to connect through the iphone or Roku.
