No Subtitles (sometimes) in iOS App

Hi,

 

i already noticed it several times but i did not create a topic until now.

 

Last time i wanted to watch a serie episode, subtitles (embedded in a mkv file) did not render on the ipad screen even if i can clearly see them selected in the CC menu

 

 

Here is my config :

- emby server (Version 3.0.8500.0) running from Windows 10.

- emby iOS app (Version 1.2.9) on an Ipad mini 2 running from iOS 10.1.1

- QSV transcoding activated

 

Here are the media info from the Emby server library:

good news ! I confirm that with the latest server (3.1.2) and iOS App (1.3.1), subtitles for that same video work like a charm
