Audio normalisation

Hello,

I'm surely not the only one, who noticed, that different episodes of the same series (example new girl) have different sound volumes. One is so freaking quiet, that I need to turn up the volume, just to get slapped right in my face in the next episode, because it is so loud that I almost get an heart attack.

I've the same issue with movies: dialogues are silent, so I'm turning the volume up, but when the next action scene comes across my ears are exploding.

 

I've explained the case a bit exaggerated, but I think you get it .

 

 

So, now, can I somehow "normalize" all these audio volumes to have a "solid baseline"?

Hi, we don't currently have a setting for this but it's probably a good idea for the future.

Music as well especially - I try to rip my CDs 1-1 to flac, so the volume can differ quite drastically.
