iOS one time in-app purchase?

Hi, i'm trying to unlock playback on my iPad (3. gen.) But i'm not presented with a one time unlock in-app purchase, when trying to playback a file. I only get the "buy emby premiere subscription" opportunity.

 

Has the in app purchase been removed?

ooh, think i figured it out.. have disabled in app purchase in parental control.. doh!
