rykr 11 Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 Just installed latest Windows server as a test. Tried tuning using Emby Theater on Windows and Emby on nexus player (wired connection). The tune speed seems quite slow. Are there any setings on the server that can speed that up? (like turning off transcoding) 1

rykr 11 Posted November 21, 2016 Author Posted November 21, 2016 So this is a known issue? Is it always transcoding? No option to just direct steam it to devices that can handle the h.264 content? Once it is tuned, what about speed of skipping fwd, or rewind. Will that be slow as well?
