[SUG] Subtitles and FPS

I noticed OpenSubtitles has the FPS on them. Would that be something good to use in the matching when you don't have an exact match? Maybe along with a fuzzy match of duration (if it isn't already there).

Yea currently video file byte size is the first criteria we use when sorting them but that would be a good one as well.
