Not all movies or TV shows have video when stream to Amazon TV but all have audio

Why do some of my movie and tv shows play and others do not. Some play that are mp 4 and some play that are avi but then again others of the same kind will not this only happens when I stream to my amazon tv but all works when I am on the web browser.

If you mean the Fire TV, are these iPlayer sourced videos?  Can you post the media info from one that doesn't play please?

I believe that is fixed in the next release which is about to be submitted to Amazon.

Sorry, no, it is in Amazon's hands and they are getting slower and slower these days.  Used to be less than 24 hours and now it can be 3-4 days.

 

If you set your app bitrate setting below 1.5, that item will transcode and play properly.
