NemesisZeRo 7 Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Hi (again) I've never got the email plugin to work, and now it's time to ask for help. I've got one instance of emby server installed and running. I also have one portable running, and it's that one I'm working on (the other one has the same issues, but I'm going to run the portable and delete the installed one when the portable is finished) So, I've installed the plugin, and correctly setup the email settings (see image) I also have a short logfile (the test occurred 07:25, and I can't see anything that indicates an error) http://dropbox.gr1.se/email.log I have no idea why this isn't working since there is no info in the log file (as far as I can understand)

gjviii 48 Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 not sure how much it helps but, I just set up my email notifications last week using econs screen shot in this post https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/6839-email-notifications/?p=169716 i get the test emails and 1 or 2 emails working, then nothing. at which point i reboot emby server and the emails will briefly work again.... ended up just using the prowl application as the email plugin never worked completely for me.
