Cannot authenticate into emby server remotely

Why am I prompted with another login when I pick the server owner portrait?

Picking pink portrait redirects me straight into the server Home page. Picking blue portrait redirects me to another login page that I cannot authenticate past. I disabled the Easy Pin code. 'Enable in-network sign in with my easy pin code' is disabled.

Hi, welcome ! If it takes you to a login screen it's because that user has a password assigned to them. You or some other user must have assigned a password to that Emby user. What you can do is sign in as an admin and then remove the password from the Users administration section.
