apan12 0 Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Hi. I'm guessing there is something wrong with my server. When I try to use Emby Theater universal app, no matter if it's on a windows PC or XBOX One. The app crashes as soon as a I chose my account at the logon screen. The Android app works perfect. Server: Version 3.1.220.0 beta Server logs attached. Thanks server-63614630176.txt
Luke 42078 Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 It's possible yes. You could always try a separate installation of the stable server. that would be a good test. thanks.
Luke 42078 Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Ok, that's very strange. Thanks for the report. We'll do some testing.
qkn 0 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Did you find anything? I'm still experiencing this issue.
Luke 42078 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 I'm not able to reproduce but am actively testing the app every day. Thanks.
apan12 0 Posted January 18, 2017 Author Posted January 18, 2017 Any news, still having this issue. Any other logs that can be usefull?
Luke 42078 Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 I can't reproduce this. Are you running Windows Insider preview by any chance?
Luke 42078 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Can you check your Windows Event Viewer and see if anything useful is there? thanks.

Luke 42078 Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Is music the first library displayed in the tabs?
apan12 0 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) After removing all Music libraries it started working. Edited January 20, 2017 by apan12
apan12 0 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 As soon as I put it back the problem comes back again.
Luke 42078 Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Was the music library the first one in the tab order?
Guest asrequested Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 As soon as I put it back the problem comes back again. When you add the library, do you add all the files at once? I'm wondering if there's some kind of issue with accessing/reading some files or folders.
apan12 0 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) Was the music library the first one in the tab order? Yes. And it works if I put it in the end. Edited January 20, 2017 by apan12
Luke 42078 Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 I will continue to try to reproduce it, thanks.
