SubtitleEncoder failing

Hello,

 

when fetching fethcing subtitles from existing mkv emby seems fails to grab them. First i thought it was only specific files and i kept deleting them

 

After a while i now thought it was not the root cause. I executed the command itself on the shell and it succeeds.

 

Attached the relevant emby-log as well as cli output:

It looks like a timeout-issue to me since it always stops after 5 mins an some seconds.

 

Any assistance on that?

Hi, when you run it from the shell, how long does it take?

43 minutes almost

So can you confirm that behaviour? Any idea to workaround?

 

Is it possible to disable the subtitle extraction in any way?
