Unable to stream certain videos to Chromecast

I have a number of videos that won't stream to my Chromecast. The specific videos never play, other videos play fine. I just get a black screen and no audio, they will play through web browsers and the android app with no problems. The videos do have embedded soft subtitles. Server is running the latest version (3.0.8500) log is attached.

I'm using the android app to stream videos to my Chromecast. No error messages come up anywhere, just a black screen on the TV and the android app appears as though the video is paused at 0:00 and doesn't respond to hitting play.

 

I found that it is generating a transcode log, attaching that and the most recent server log.

Hi, thanks, I'm looking into resolving this for the next release. It's an issue of a quote ' being in the filename along with subtitles that we're burning in.
