Unable to update due to .Net framework requirement

I can no longer access my server from any app or web app due to old server version. Unable to update since the .Net framework requirement. Can not update to newest net framework due to not being supported on win server 2012.

. Net Update will not install.

Emby will not update due to. Net version

Emby apps will not work with my current server version.

Seriously pissing me off.

I would think win server 2012 should be fine. why won't the .net update install?

Server 2012 says it is supported.
