SYNC question

If I have a library (movies) that is available to 2 users and I sync that library through 1 of the users, will the other user access the converted version when watching it through their user account?

 

Dad --> Movies (synced)

 

Mom--> Movies (same library as above) - will this access the synced version?

For cloud/folder sync yes.
