Clean database failing

Hello

Im running emby (8500) on a qnap with mono 4.2.1. Whenever i try to clean the database I get an error that emby is unable to clean the database. See the following pastebin: http://pastebin.com/3hxabms7

Database is a ext4 single volume:

/share/CACHEDEV3_DATA/Video/Movies

smb://10.0.0.1/Video/Movies
