Auto-organize showing multiple entries of same show

I am trying to auto organize 2 series with the same name from different years. I Noticed that the first show organized fine, but the 2nd won't sort. I attempted to sort manually, and found the show listed twice in the list. I also noticed that many of the shows were listed multiple times. How do I edit this list to remove the multiple entries?
