TV Recording not working

I had 2 shows try and record today. One at 12:00 and one at 20:00. both shows didn't record. For some reason based on the log the server tried to debug the app and went through my tv channels.

 

Side note:

I'm seeing and error report for illegal characters in path. 

 

I know the error report probably isn't related to my issue but wanted to know what it was.

Hi, sorry to hear about this. This one is odd because it looks more like it never even tried to record. Can you update to 3.0.8500, and if the issue persists, provide a new log with that? Thanks !

Seem to be having this issue again since my server updated to 3.2.5. The young and the restless and Bold and the Beutiful not recording. Looks like its getting errors.

Ok, try cancelling the recording and adding them back. What I think has happened is your channel information from your tuner has changed (even slightly), and now the recording process can't find the "old" channel that the series recording was created against. It is on my to do list to make the recording process more resilient to this. Thanks !
