Backup Guest Accounts??

Is there any way to backup guest accounts?  I know there is a way to backup user accounts, but I just had to reinstall from scratch due to some serious issues with clients not being able to connect, and there is currently no way to backup guests.  So now, once again I need to send invites to every single person who I had as a guest on my server.  I also STILL can not connect to my own server on my own internal network, xbox one, android tablet and phones, ipads, computer, NOTHING, and none of the guides have helped.  I'm an MCSE so this is pretty frustrating.   If I put my devices on another router on a different subnet mask, they work, but they absolutely can not connect while on the same subnet as my server.

Backing up guest accounts is not implemented but is something we'd like to do for a future release.

For your connectivity issue, please try stepping through our Connection Troubleshooter. Please let us know exactly what steps pass and what steps fail. Thanks !

I can not access it on my internal network with my internal IP.  If i go off the network, I can access it with my external IP, but only in a web browser.  The app will not connect while on my home network or on cellular on my samsung note 3 or any other device with the app.  I have edited the stupid windows firewall, I have not changed any settings in my router, which were working perfectly fine before and I have double checked to make sure the ip is correct and the ports.  I've even checked on canyouseeme.org and ports up, and port 8096 is open and I am 100% visible.  This all started with several of my roku users getting nothing but "retrieving" when they tried to watch something.

All i get is "Connection Failure"

We're unable to connect to the selected server right now.  Please ensure it is running and try again.

The server is running.  I am at the point where I am just going to wipe windows and restart 100% from scratch, which I shouldn't have to.

I am beyond frustrated.  I am trying to keep my emotions out of this, but it's difficult.  I am just mad that something has broke, and nothing I seem to do fixes it.

We should focus on internal connections inside your network before looking at external. What did you check in Windows firewall? And what are you attempting to do from another device?

I edited the windows firewall to open up port 8096, the same port that is open in my router for the server.  I've slowly been having problems managing my server/watching items on my phone/xbox one for the last month.  I was able to get around it for a while by signing in to the web page on my phone then opening the app, but now nothing works.

Well I've wiped and reinstalled windows and everything is now working.  I'm not happy, but sometimes this is what needs to be done.

Thank you for patience Luke.
