Playing a movie through web client issues

The first thing is, when you first go to the emby page the halloween music plays. That's cool, but if you start a movie, it keeps playing over the movie. The second thing is, when direct streaming a movie (see screenshot), there is a lot of picture breakup. It plays well web app, UWP app and theater. I think the file is way too large to share for testing.
