posters replaced by coloured rectangles after scan

Dear Sirs,

I've installed emby server on windows server. I use it as a service started automatically by a user that has administrator rights. This user also have all rights on the NAS shares where the media files resides (almost 4000 files).

In the configuration, i stated that the information files are stored with the media files.

When the library is empty, during the initial scan, i see all the posters in the web client (nfo, jpeg files into the media library) but after the second scan, during the night, all the posters are replaced by coloured rectangles. I've re-installed the server using another user on the windows server, i've tried other web browsers, even the emby client for androïd but, the same happens.

I tried to delete the library file in the emby server directory and restart a scan. It works like the initial scan, so all the posters appears ok in the web client. But, after another scan, the same : only coloured rectangles are displayed in the web client.

I see all the .nfo files in the media files folders and in the .nfo files i see the link to the actors posters but not to the movie poster. In addition, all the jpeg files that were created during the initial scan are not there anymore. Deleted but why?

Hi, can we discuss a specific example of a title that is missing an image?
