Hello,

I found the EMBY and I'm amazed how fantastic this project.

But, I have some problems for external connection.
My ISP provides only CGNAT along with IPV6.

I'm sending the images to see if I can find help if anyone can help me or show any tutorial, I will be even happier. My friends can't watch outside of my network.

Hi, welcome. I would suggest stepping through our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know if they all succeed or if any fail. Thanks !

If I buy Emby Premiere I can solve this problem?

Thank you

Hi, no, this is not related to Emby Premiere. What address are your friends trying to connect with externally? Or are they using Emby Connect?

Hello, my friends access by the address: http://app.emby.media/

In this annex the emby log on my computer.

Thanks again

Are they using Emby Connect or are they entering the server address manually?

Hello,

The emby server was disconnected.
Please see that this opened the door

I'm putting a standard user so they can try to access and tell me if they can.
