AvengersFan 10 Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 Hello all, I seem to be getting this error a lot all of a sudden, and I am not sure if the problem is my end or what the story is to be honest. I am assuming it uses IMDB to scrape the info? If that is the case, the information is at IMDB. Aftermath is just one example, it has happened a lot on other shows as well. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5840424/?ref_=tt_eps_cu_n Error Organising File There was an error organising the file. Error code: No provider metadata found for Aftermath season 1 episode 5. Solution Happy2Play 9783 Posted October 29, 2016 Solution Posted October 29, 2016 Possibly do the fact that there are several series named Aftermath and is being mis-identified. The original Aftermath only has 4 episodes. Ensure the Series has the proper external id. Easiest fix in naming the series Aftermath (2016) External Id's:IMDb Id:tt5797772 TheMovieDb Id:67439 TheTVDB Id:315179 1
Luke 42085 Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 That's right, by default, we use thetvdb.com for tv metadata, so based on your naming it was probably recognized as that other series.
AvengersFan 10 Posted October 29, 2016 Author Posted October 29, 2016 Cool cool thank you guys, you were exactly right! Problem resolved :-) Cheers, Mark
