I made my own app to animate movie posters and save to desktop. These are a few of the effects you can choose from about 10 and add them to your own posters. The 1st is called Neon, the 2nd is call blink, and the 3rd is called heatwave you can adjust speed and intensity of the animation within app. There are about 5 or 6  more effects you can add.
