Latest Movies Display and Play, but Opening Movie Library just spins and spins

Hi,

 

I've got an Emby server on my FreeNAS, so my family and in-laws can watch stuff on our media server.

 

When I try to access an Emby client remotely, my media folders pop up and the latest media displays fine too and I can play a TV show episode from that list just fine, for example.

 

However, when I switch over into Movies or TV Shows, I just get a spinning circle. I think it's the first time I've tried to open that on this browser/computer, so I'm not sure how long this is supposed to take, but it's been spinning for about 3 hours now. 

 

Any ideas on why it's taking so long? Do I need to enable certain library folder setting or something?

-Sorry if this is in the wrong forum!

-Problem detailed above. I'm using Chrome to access web player.

-No specific error message, just a circle within the page that spins forever (below the top navigation items of Home, Next Up, Favorites, and Upcoming)
