Cannot Find/Play in Process Recordings

I just recently switched to the Emby DVR and noticed that my active recordings are not playable.  Recordings do not come up as "Active Recordings" like it does on the web client.  To locate active recordings I have go to my recordings tile/folder where it sits in its respective organized series folder.  When I try to play it, it says something along the lines of "not found".  On the web client, active recordings are easy to locate but seems to be sporadic in there ability to play.  If I have "convert to mp4" enabled it definitely wont play.  I just get a spinning wheel.  If I have "convert to mp4" disabled it plays some of the time.  On my nexus player its does not matter whether "convert to mp4" is enabled or disabled the active recording wont play.  I get the "not found" message.

 

Running server 3.1.198.0 beta & 1.2.69.

Playing of in-progress recordings has not been implemented in this app yet.
