media-junkie 1 Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 In the user settings there is a check box to either allow or disallow media deletion. With the addition of DVR capabilities to Emby would it be possible to introduce a more granular media deletion on a per user/per library access. Essentially I don't want users to be able to delete items out of my movies, tv, music library but do want them to be able to delete out of the library where I have DVR'd content stored. I don't need wife or kids accidentally deleting movies and TV show so I disallow deletion of media currently for them. I would however like the give them the ability to delete DVR'd content after watching so that I don't have to go in afterwards and delete the items they have watched.
