lost plugin and can't install it

I've been making use of the DVB Link plugin for ages now. But all of a sudden it is gone. The plugin is not installed. When I trie to install it again, all seems to go well, but after restarting the server, the plugin is still showing not installed. It doesn't matter wich version I trie. I've included the log, in the hope someone can help.

 

edit: just noticed that the required dll is not in the plugins folder too

Thanks Luke. Is there a way to revert to a stable release?

 

edit: nevermind, I've installed the latest stable version over the beta, since there were no database changes
