Stop playing after a specified amount of episodes

Hello,

Would it be possible to add a setting, which tells emby to stop playing after 5 episodes for example until the user interacts with emby again? As I'm used to play a series randomly and then go to bed. It'd be great if emby stops playing when I'm asleep .

Well the answer to that question is the same answer as why isn't everything i want done already And we are going as fast as we can to bring the community what it wants the most.

As I'd code it myself and submit a pull request if it would speed up the development.

Of course, but before we get into code, we have to discuss the UI for this, since that is the most delicate part here.

I think this is a nice idea but i can't give you a timetable. i think a general sleep timer feature would be the right approach.
