Playback live TV stops repeatedly and spontaneously

Live TV works well on my Shield, direct plays etc. However on some channels the playback quits unexpectedly. It will continue to quit playback repeatedly if I restart the stream. It runs for about 2-3 min each time. (fairly consistent)

I believe this is a mismatch with the new server and current app that should be resolved very soon.
