connecting with amazon fire

I recently had to replace my computer. After reinstalling my emby app on the new computer I tried to connect via the amazon fire on the tv. The amazon fire has the app on it and i can see the server on the app when I go to connect to the  server it reports "taking longer than expected" and then "server unavailable" I have tried to reconnect with connect PIN and tried to manually enter the server in order to connect. I knos this is probably a simple solution but I cannot figure out how to connect to the emby server. I had to start over from scratch due to the new hard drive. I have folders with media ready to ready and have scanned the media, I can even see the movies in the library. Please help me ?

Hi. More than likely there is a firewall blocking access on the server machine. Please try running through the the connection troubleshooting on our wiki and check the firewall rules.

I am still not able to connect. I went through the steps in the troubleshoot but the same error occurs. Is there something else I am doing wrong ?

In the troubleshooter did all tests succeed? Or did any fail? What did you try?

All of the tests succeeded. I opened the tcp on the 80 port on the firewall and I did the same on the anti virus software running on the computer It is a in house network and the server is just unavailable. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on the amazon fire and still the same results. Any other thoughts ?

Can you try going back to the default port of 8096, or at least something other than 80? Using port 80 has a very good chance of bringing additional complication. Thanks.
