Hi,

Just noticed all the images under the Live TV -> Schedule Tab are all the default image (Blue TV with play symbol) instead the schow "thumbnail" (i believe that's those are called as least). Works of in the Live TV -> Recordings Tab however.

Thanks

Saw your post after I placed one in Beta Server section.

I don't see a thumbnail image that Luke recommends removing. Hasn't resolved my issue, but thought that perhaps it might provide some insight into your display issue.

Thanks @@blade005

That's exactly what i was referring to, I also don't have any top level thumbnail image in my Live TV folder, also looked for one in the Cache folder for Live TV, but nothing there either.

@@Luke can you clarify what image we need to delete?

Thanks!

I am seeing a similar issue but not under the Schedule Tab. Mine is under the Live TV>Series Tab. I just updated the server to Version 3.0.81. I have refreshed the Browser several times, restarted the computer but it still gives me the colored blocks instead of the Metadata Images. Under the Schedule Tab it looks fine.

Here is a screen shot:

Looking at my series tab, i have a 50/50 split of items that are perfect (with image) and the others as in your posted picture above.

Also, the active recordings in the Recordings tab have the default "play" image.

It seems like some sort of refresh issue but I am not sure what to do to make it refresh. I actually deleted one of the series recordings and re-added it to see if it would fix it but it did not.

Do those series currently have epg entries?

Yes, almost almost all have entries (weekly episodes that show in the guide) and a couple that series of past shows that are on a break. However, it's a mix of ones that do or don't have images present not just current or past as a group. Also, I checked the IOS app out of curiousity and all the images for recordings tab and schedule tab show up perfectly (about 10sec and the images where generated), but I can't tell for the series tab as the IOS app displays them differently.

Hope that helps narrow it down.

Mine do. They are all current seasons I am recording.

It's using newly added data that the existing program entries in your database won't have yet. You'll start to see images come in as new guide data for days in the future comes in.

ok, thanks luke ill wait and see. Just found it odd that if i click on an entry (Live TV -> Schedule -> any future recording) then the window it opens has a show image that is correct.

Luke,

I must be missing something. Scheduled Recordings will only have items populated that are already in the guide. I have 14 days of guide data available. Scheduled Recordings for today are not displaying a Series Thumbnail or Series Description on the Scheduled Recordings page. If I select any of these blank entries and drill down to the actual Series, the Series Thumbnail and Series Description are present in the EPG entry.

My Schedule tab still is all default play images even after about 10-15 shows have been played and recorded. My Series tab has images for most of the currently airing shows, just the ones on a break now show just the show name in text, which makes sense as no new episodes have shown in the guide.
