Photos; root folder (years); green and blue tiles

Hi,

 

my photos on the filesystem are organised by year (directory level 1), then by month (level 2) and then come the photos taken during the year and month (level 3).

 

On level 1 (years) some of the year-tiles are green, and some are blue. Is this a design thingy, or do the different colors have any meaning?
