I am using 3.0.7300 and I went looking for this setting under Library -> Advanced not there anymore. Thanks for reading and any help you can provide! This setting is now at the Library level and not a Global setting. If you go into an individual library in Emby Server settings and select MANAGE FOLDER, you will then see a setting for ENABLE REAL TIME MONITORING. 2
