Why am I still being billed if I am a Premiere Subscriber??

Why am I still being billed 4.99 per month when I have a lifetime subscription????

Hi.

 

Because we do not require you to have an online account with us, you need to manage these two things separately.  If you setup the subscription with PayPal, then you can cancel it yourself in your PayPal account.  If you used a direct card payment, then please PM me the email address associated with it.

 

Either way, please PM me the email on the account.  Thanks.
